do you offer in home consultations?

Sort of. Sometimes a free 20 minute phone call and a few emailed pictures/videos just won’t cut it. In home consultations are $30 and are being conducted via Zoom.

do I have to buy new bins and supplies for you to organize for me?

Never. We are happy to organize your space with the items that you already have. You may be thinking you don’t have anything to use but please know, we can be quite creative!

do I have to be present during the session?

Nope. During the decluttering process we will work together to decide what you’re keeping. Our team will not toss/donate anything without your consent. Afterwards, we can organize independently.

should I prep before my consultation or session?

Nah. We prefer to see your space exactly as it is so that we can ensure we put the best systems in place for you and your family. If you’re super motivated to get started before the session, we suggest that you begin identifying items you no longer wish to keep and create separate donation and trash piles.

Tip: For kitchen projects it’s best to make sure all or most dishes are clean at the time of the session. The same for bedroom closets, try to have as much laundry done so the majority of your clothing is included in the organizing session.

will you take pictures?

Of course! Pictures help to show progress plus who doesn’t love a good before and after? On the other hand, We will not tag you in a post without your permission. We have a photo clause in the service agreement so that everyone is on the same page about what can and cannot be shared.

payment terms

All sessions are invoiced with payment due on the day of services rendered & are non-refundable.

We accept Zelle, Venmo (allows you to pay using a CC), and cash.

Parking and product costs are additional.

Travel fees may apply (1/2 of our hourly rate per driving hour) outside of the service area.

cancellations + rescheduling

We get it. Please email/text us at least 48 hours in advance. This enables us to schedule another client and helps us ensure availability of services for you as well as others.

Any “no-show” sessions or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee of your missed session.

We totally understand that sessions may need to be rescheduled. If you need to make a change, please notify us 48 hours in advance.

If you’re running late for a session, please let me know ahead of time by email/text. We will do our best to accommodate, however sessions more than 1 hour late may have to be rescheduled.

will you shop for me?

Yep. Time spent shopping will be inclusive of the hourly package pricing. To help cut down time spent shopping on your behalf, we can provide you a detailed online shopping list of products for you to order and have delivered to your home prior to our session.
